Partner program
Program terms
Last updated: 11 July 2026
These terms apply to the CTRLpotato affiliate and partner program. Submitting an application means you agree to follow them if approved. You do not become an approved partner until CTRLpotato confirms approval by email.
1. Approval and eligibility
Applications are reviewed manually. CTRLpotato may approve, reject, or later remove a partner at its reasonable discretion. Only links, coupon codes, offers, and promotional methods explicitly assigned or approved by CTRLpotato qualify for commission.
Participation is non-exclusive. Partners must provide accurate contact and audience information and keep their payout details current.
2. Commission
Approved partners earn 30% of net revenue actually collected from attributed Lite and Pro subscription payments while the referred customer remains subscribed and the partner remains in good standing. "Net revenue" means the amount collected after discounts and credits, excluding taxes, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks.
Approved partners also earn 30% of the first Sprint Pass purchased by a new attributed customer. Repeat Sprint Pass purchases do not qualify.
A selected launch partner may receive 100% of the first qualified Pro purchase only when that bonus is explicitly confirmed in the partner's approval email. It is not automatically included with approval.
"Lifetime commission" means commission on qualifying subscription payments for the paying lifetime of the attributed customer. It does not guarantee that a plan, price, customer subscription, or the program itself will exist forever.
3. Attribution
Each approved partner receives an assigned tracking link and may also receive an assigned coupon code. The tracking link stores same-browser attribution for up to 90 days. A valid assigned coupon can also help identify purchases completed later or on another device.
If multiple partners claim the same customer, CTRLpotato will resolve attribution reasonably using its link, coupon, account, and Stripe records. Unsupported or retroactive claims do not qualify. Traffic sent before written approval is not commissionable unless confirmed in writing.
4. Qualified purchases
A qualified purchase must be genuine, successfully paid, and attributed to the approved partner. Self-referrals, related or duplicate accounts, fabricated customers, coupon abuse, cookie stuffing, bots, and other attempts to manufacture attribution do not qualify.
Refunds, credits, disputes, and chargebacks reduce or cancel the related commission. CTRLpotato may hold a suspicious transaction while it is reviewed.
5. Promotion rules
Recommendations must be honest and based on the partner's real opinion. Partners may not publish fake reviews, guarantee jobs or interview outcomes, misrepresent product capabilities, impersonate CTRLpotato, or encourage people to violate the rules of an employer, school, interview, or assessment platform.
Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, misleading redirects, coupon farms, forced clicks, incentive traffic without written approval, and bidding on CTRLpotato or competitor brand terms in paid search are prohibited. Partners may not register domains, accounts, or ads that could be mistaken for an official CTRLpotato property.
6. Disclosure
Partners must clearly disclose their financial relationship with CTRLpotato wherever they recommend the product. The disclosure must be easy to notice and understand, for example: "I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link." A coupon code by itself is not always a sufficient disclosure.
7. Payouts and reporting
Valid commissions are reviewed monthly and become payable after a 30-day validation period. Payout method and any required payment, invoice, or tax information are agreed directly with each approved partner. Partners are responsible for their own taxes and reporting obligations.
CTRLpotato can provide a manual summary of attributed traffic, purchases, adjustments, and payable commission. The absence of a self-service dashboard does not change these terms.
8. Termination and changes
Either side may end participation at any time. Valid commission earned before termination remains payable. Existing attributed subscription commissions may continue after an ordinary termination, but fraud, abuse, prohibited promotion, or another material breach can result in forfeiture of unpaid commission and removal from the program.
CTRLpotato may update the program or these terms. Material changes will be communicated to approved partners before they apply prospectively. Changes do not erase commission already earned on valid transactions.
9. Relationship and governing law
Partners are independent participants. Nothing in the program creates employment, agency, a joint venture, or authority to bind CTRLpotato. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
10. Contact
